1 General Terms

jao9 ("we", "us", or "platform") is an online casino and betting service provider operating for players in Bangladesh. By accessing the jao9 website, creating an account, or playing any game, you ("user" or "player") agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

To create an account and play on jao9, you must be 21 years of age or older. We may request a valid ID to verify your age when necessary. Accounts created without meeting the age requirement will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is a direct violation of jao9's policy and may result in all accounts being suspended or closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure. If any of your details change, please notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jao9 is ৳100. We currently accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Once a deposit transaction is completed, funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes.

When making a deposit, you must enter the correct amount and reference number. jao9 is not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. It is recommended that your withdrawal method matches your deposit method.

Large withdrawals may be held until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed. jao9 reserves the full right to hold any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on jao9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Funds sent in a different currency will be converted at the applicable exchange rate.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jao9 offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, you must make your first deposit after registering and fulfill the bonus terms.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals related to a bonus will not be approved before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per individual, household, or device.
• Bonus funds cannot be converted directly to cash — they can only be used to play games.
• If there is suspicion of fraudulent use of a bonus, jao9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• If the bonus terms are not fulfilled within the specified time limit, the bonus will be cancelled.
• jao9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

5 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Fair Play Policy

jao9 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in all games. The games available on our platform are developed by reputable game providers such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and Evolution Gaming, and are verified to ensure fairness.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Playing games using any software, bot, or automated method.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing the bonus system or playing with the sole intent of accumulating bonuses.

5.3 Technical Errors

If an unexpected win occurs due to a technical error or game server issue, jao9 reserves the right to void that transaction. If your internet connection drops during a game, the result of that round will be determined according to the server log.

10 Limitation of Liability

The jao9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. jao9 will not be held liable for any loss caused by technical issues, server disruptions, third-party service failures, or internet connection problems.

Even though game outcomes are conducted in a fully fair and impartial manner, there is always a risk of financial loss when gambling. Players are considered to have knowingly accepted this risk by using the platform.

jao9 is not liable under any circumstances for indirect losses, loss of profit, or business losses. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount of the specific transaction in question.

11 Dispute Resolution

Once a complaint is submitted, we will begin an investigation and inform you of the outcome. The relevant account or transaction may be temporarily held during the investigation. jao9's decision in the dispute resolution process will be considered final unless proven otherwise through legal action.

12 Service Changes and Interruptions

jao9 reserves the right to modify, upgrade, or shut down any part of the platform at any time. The service may be temporarily interrupted for routine maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.

jao9 will not be held liable for any loss caused by a service interruption. An effort will be made to notify registered users by email before any major changes.

13 Severability and Entirety of Terms

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, that part will be removed and all remaining terms will continue in full effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement between jao9 and the user and supersedes any prior oral or written understandings.

These terms are written in English and the English version will be considered the authoritative version. In the event of a conflict in any translated version, the English version will prevail.
